Head of Inbound Marketing

Job Responsibilities

1. Platform Optimization: Collaborate with AI engineers and developers to refine and improve the platform’s matching algorithms, ensuring accurate and efficient connections between job seekers, service providers, and clients.
2. User Experience Enhancement: Analyze user feedback and behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall user experience.
3. Marketplace Growth: Develop and execute strategies to attract new users, including job seekers, service providers, and businesses, while retaining existing users through personalized engagement.
4. Sustainability Integration: Work closely with the sustainability team to ensure the platform aligns with NetZeroAI’s mission of promoting eco-friendly practices and reducing carbon footprint.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in managing online marketplaces, AI-driven platforms, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in job and service matching.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with users.
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to promoting eco-friendly practices.
• Experience in customer support, partnership development, or growth strategies is a plus.
